金融行动特别工作组（FATF）召开第三十一届第三次全体会议

Paris, 24 June 2020 – The third and final Plenary meeting under the Chinese Presidency of Xiangmin Liu will take place today. As a result of travel restrictions and confinement measures caused by Covid-19, the FATF Plenary will meet virtually. At this challenging and unprecedented time, when millions of people around the world continue to struggle with the impact of the virus, the FATF is continuing its important work to stop money laundering and terrorist financing. Among the important issues on today’s Plenary agenda are:

巴黎当地时间2020年6月24日。由中国担任金融行动特别工作组（FATF）主席国后的第三次也是最后一次全会会议于2020年6月24日举行。受新冠疫情影响，各国实施了旅行限制和隔离措施，此次会议采用远程方式召开。在这个充满挑战和前所未有的时刻，在全世界数百万人继续与病毒的影响作斗争之时，FATF正在继续进行着其重要的工作。今天的全体会议议程的重大议题包括：

★The publication of an FATF report on money laundering from the illegal wildlife trade.

FATF发布关于非法贩卖野生动植物交易洗钱的报告。

★The publication of a report on the 12-month review of the implementation of FATF’s requirements on virtual assets and virtual asset service providers, which apply to the fast expanding cryptocurrency industry.

发布关于FATF对虚拟资产和虚拟资产服务提供商提出的适用于快速发展的加密货币行业的要求的实施情况进行12个月审查情况的报告。

★The publication of a report to the G20 on so-called “stablecoins”.

向二十国集团（G20）发表有关所谓“稳定币”的报告。

★Developments in the financing of ISIL, Al-Qaeda and Affiliates.

伊斯兰国（ISIL）、基地组织（Al-Qaeda）及其附属组织恐怖融资的最新进展。

★The priorities under the incoming German Presidency of the FATF.

德国将接任FATF轮值主席国的后续工作事项。

The Plenary agenda reflects the FATF’s decision in April this year, to extend its assessment and follow-up process deadlines.

本次会议议程反映了FATF于今年4月作出的关于延长互评估和后续再评估截止期限的决定。

The FATF will publish the Money Laundering from the Illegal Wildlife Trade report on its website on 25 June, and the remaining outcomes from this meeting on 30 June.

FATF将于6月25日在官方网站上发布《关于非法贩卖野生动物洗钱问题的报告》，并于6月30日发布本次会议的剩余成果。
